What we'll cover
Whatever's on your file. Most calls touch on three things: structure (how your mortgage and any related debt are set up), timing (renewal, refinance, or purchase windows you're navigating), and what the next two deals look like. The rate question usually comes last.
Sometimes the answer is “your current setup is fine, here's what to watch in 18 months.” Sometimes there's a real move on the table. Either way, you leave with a clearer picture than you came in with.
Before the call
Bring your file in mind if you have it: current rate, term, balance, amortization remaining. If those numbers aren't handy, that's fine too. We can talk first and run the math after.
